As a painter, I've always wanted a purpose-built studio. The Watts took my ideas and created a wonderful open and light space (with plumbing for cleanup) where I can be creative! The room fits seamlessly with our home, and people can't believe it was added on. We could not be more pleased, and would recommend TREC (and have!) to friends and family. As with every project of this nature, unexpected hitches came up, and they were addressed professionally and with little inconvenience to us. The individual crews for framing, painting, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing were top notch. A freak storm blew in one weekend night, and some leaking took place in our dining room. Robbie showed up within minutes of our call, and took care of the problem--and fixed the damage at no cost to us.
Tear down of small old deck and replaced with large composite deck. The existing deck on our home was in disrepair and we contacted TREC Construction and two other deck builders to perform the replacement. After speaking with all three companies we went with TREC because we felt confident in their knowledge and attention to detail during our site visit. Before construction we had issues with water getting into the house that they addressed during construction without us having to ask. Everything was done above code and the team was completely professional. After two months we could not be happier with the deck. We will definitely be returning to TREC Construction for future projects.
I used TREC Construction to remove an old deck, replace with a larger screened in trex covered deck, a smaller deck, build a retaining landscape wall,stone pathway, finish landscaping and some general fix it issues we encountered along the way. I have to say that Robby worked diligently with me in the layout and design of the covered porch and the cost of using Trex material. I received an estimate from TREC Construction, LLC last week for a back deck. Their estimate was free. They were very knowledgeable not just about decks but about the construction in general. They were nice and spent a lot of time with it. Their professionalism was very good.
Remodeled my kitchen. Involved knocking down a wall, cutting out a new window, blending hardwood on the floors. Moving the sink and dishwasher. A lot of plumbing work. Lots of new custom made cabinets installed. Helped with some design issues. Results were wonderful.
Total remodel of bathroom space, including demolition of walls and reconfiguration of space.
