Robby Watts, the owner of the company, estimated the job, and then worked with me from the very beginning, including design, to the installation of the last towel rack. He was extremely reliable and easy to work with, as well as knowing the construction industry and being a master of each detail. He had subs do the special work, like tile and electric, but oversaw all work and came at a moment's notice if I had a concern or question. I cannot think of a better person to do such a job. It was a true joy to work with Robby and his crew.
Removing three 24" x 24" sections of patio concrete for three 6" x 6" front support posts and new concrete footers, to a deph per construction regulations
- Similarly, removing patio concrete and installing three 4" x 6" back support posts for the new porch floor and frame, also above concrete footers. The two exterior posts provided additional support for the roof as well. Once the above was completed the new porch framing, skirt, steps, and flooring were constructed along with railings and spindles . That was followed by installation of the new door and screening. Included was a nice sturdy steel hand rail along the steps (a nice touch for me). All wood mentioned was premium pressure treated lumber.
