TREC Construction did an awesome job. They came recommended by 2 separate friends who did not know each other. My husband and I got several quotes for the work. TREC was not the least expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. We had one contractor say he could "put it up in a weekend"…. Fortunately we chose TREC. This deck will last a lifetime. There were some delays… mostly weather related and overall project took longer than I expected but in my experience most big projects usually do. All the guys were very professional and did great work. Our backyard deck is Marvelous and will allow us to use the space more than we have before
They were the ultimate professionals! Quality materials and great attention to detail. They arrived early each morning and worked until they had completed what they need to do for that day! I couldn't be more pleased!

The contemporary design he created had everything we wanted and more. His ideas and guidance through the whole project kept it from being that stressful experience we feared it would be. He worked with us on personal preferences and kept the cost within our means. We have ended up with a home that was built with quality materials and workmanship. He does not cut corners or purchase products that do not meet his standards. His wife Teresa and crew of top-notch carpenters were always professional and responsive. This wasn't just another job, heart and soul went into our house. We highly recommend the talent that makes TREC Construction.
I can't say enough about the professionalism, courtesy, and competency of everyone at this company with whom I came into contact throughout the project. Robby, James, and Kevin were absolutely top-notch, as were all the crew. Robby designed a beautiful new back porch to replace our worn out deck and the final product is even more beautiful than the detailed plans he provided up front. The final cost was exactly in line with the estimate, plus a few changes that we requested. The finished product is the envy of our neighborhood. They extended our roof and perfectly matched the existing shingles and vinyl. The comment I most hear from neighbors and friends is that the finished porch looks like it was always there. That's exactly what we wanted.
We have used TREC Construction for years and they always do quality work. Over time, they have completed small repair work in our home, as well as larger construction jobs, including refinishing our basement and building a sunroom addition. Recently, they repaired water damage in our upstairs bathroom dormer and added a storage closet in the basement. The TREC team worked quickly and efficiently and followed up on questions that we had. We feel that that they always go above and beyond to make sure the work is done well. We love TREC.
TREC performed an extensive remodel of our home. This included demo of the main floor, structural changes to load walls, and an addition of several rooms. In addition, electrical wiring and plumbing was re-routed and/or moved to new locations. The work required all aspects of home construction - grade changes, foundations, concrete, brick, framing, roofing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, drywall, cabinets and finish carpentry. The work extended over approximately nine months and very few delays were encountered. We are extremely pleased with the final product. Our home was transformed into a much nicer and livable structure. We would highly recommend this company for any type home construction whether a remodel or complete home construction.
