Robbie has completed a variety of projects for me. These projects include complete renovation of a full bath (replace toilet, tiled wall and floor, install new sink w/cabinet, install inset medicine cabinet and new paint), room improvement (install new vent system, new outlets and new paint), installing braces to support sagging floors throughout my home, repairing my backyard fence that included removing old concrete and resetting posts in new concrete and replacing broken door latches, installing a brand new window (cutting into the wall to do this) plus a new bay window and a double wide window, installing fresh attic insulation and, finally, replacing the floor of a cabinet that had a water leak, replacing a broken garbage disposal and improving the pipe layout. His crew can do it all!
Communications was excellent about the design points and requirements for the veranda. TREC built a very beautiful veranda based upon collaboration on the design by the provider and us - we are extremely pleased with the results. Robby and his crew were wonderful to work with. They arrived promptly each day, cleaned up before they left, were respectful of the landscape. Any questions were promptly answered. The quality of the workmanship is top- notch. We started our project with a covered deck, added screening, fascia, roof and column. It looks better than we dreamed. We are planning to have TREC do more work for us within the year! We'd like to give a shout out to Kevin, Chad, Simon, James and the other guys who helped to make this project a great experience. These guys are top shelf. Robby Watts, Owner, spent a lot of time designing a complete 2nd story deck rebuild that exceeding our expectations. His crew is very respectful and hardworking. I have not worked with a better contractor in Lexington. This project will add to the overall beauty of our home but will also increase the resale price of our home.
