We were going to fix a few of our deck steps that were broken. When we went to repair them we found out that they were rotted and need to be replaced. We called TREC construction after finding them on the BBB website. They came out and gave me an estimate within a few days. They were able to fit us in between some larger jobs that were already scheduled within a month. We were very impressed by the quality of the stairs. They have even made the deck itself sturdier. The stairs were completed in a day and the support beam was fixed the next day. We will definitely use this company again when we need the rest of the deck repaired.
We had TREC add on a screened in porch and deck to the back of our house. We had a basic idea of what we wanted and they nailed it with the design. It turned out so much better than we could have imagined and are grateful to the hard work of the whole team who put in the time and effort! We love it!
The crew did excellent work. The new deck is rock solid and a definite improvement over the old one. They tore out the old deck, removed all of the material, and installed the new one. I will definitely use them again. There was a slight delay as Robby had to work the job in to the existing work schedule, but he kept me informed and it was not a problem. TREC is easy to work with, and very professional. The estimate was detailed, and Robby was happy to answer any and all of my questions.
Built privacy wall at end and around corner of patio. Posts were set in concrete and allowed to set up for approximately a week to create strong foundation for structure. Heavy duty treated wood was used throughout with nut and bolt construction. All sections were custom made for the project. All members of construction team were very professional and cleaned up each day when done. We are totally pleased with end results!
Remodeled our living room. Removed carpet, patch and leveled slab with high strength patching compound. Installed floating floor and painted wainscoting. Removed and replaced door from house to garage with insulated 6 panel steel exterior door, new trim, and paint to match trim color. They were friendly, punctual, professional, and performed high quality work. This is only one of many projects I have had this contractor perform. I always use this company (new deck; bath remodel; general repairs) because they are the best and I can trust them to do the work professionally, and in a timely manner.
Robby's service was superb from start to finish. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and experience when he came to provide the estimate. This was followed by an email a few days later with the design plans attached. The deck took less than a week to complete and I am very satisfied with the price, quality and design.
