Cleaned and stained deck. Installed cabinets in laundry room. Hung outdoor shades. Checked chimney cap. Not all services were performed the same day, but we were always notified in advance when they were coming.
Added roof and screen system to existing deck. Added sliding door to physical house structure and repaired damaged joists. Initial planning and professionalism of Robby was great. We did have a couple delays in the start of the renovation, but that is expected in the construction business. Robby actually gave me advice on the paver patio I built on my own, which was very helpful. His crew is very professional and are not guys you would feel nervous about leaving at your house alone. Robby was very open to my design ideas and even incorporated a couple of them. He was able to reuse our current "houndstooth" railing system, which really adds character to the overall appearance. We are very happy with the finished product and eat dinner out there almost every night now…..when in the past we hardly would set foot on our deck.
TREC Construction built a supplemental uncovered deck onto our existing covered deck. Both Kevin & Chad were very professional and worked very quickly. They were busy working the entire two days.
Build a 14x10 deck with lanterns and metal spindles. These guys did a wonderful job! Very professional and very careful to detail. They put together a well-built deck. Nothing was ever too much or anything they couldn't do. Customer service is at the top of the list with these guys. Both pleasant to talk to and to work with. Kudos to Robby, Keven and the rest of the crew! You won't be disappointed.
TREC has done quite a few jobs for us over the past few years, from adding onto a deck, installing stone walls in a garden area, to replacing a sunroom roof and repairing drywall. The biggest compliment I can pay them is they are the only contractor I have ever asked to come back. They are quick, efficient, trustworthy and fair. Every job they have performed has been fantastic.
We hired TREC Construction to build our custom home. The owner, Robby Watts, was absolutely amazing. He was skilled, thoughtful, energetic, responsive, and always pleasant and patient. He is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the construction process, and his attention to detail meant that nothing was missed, everything was finished to perfection. He was also so ingenious about coming up with ideas both for design and for problem solving on the job. He kept in contact with the subcontractors on the job, and always made sure we were well informed throughout the process. I cannot imagine ever using anyone other than TREC.
